**QUALITY SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (m/w/d) 100%**:

- Als Quality System Supervisor führen Sie ein 7-köpfiges Team und überwachen und führen Sie die Ausführung der QMS-Aufgaben auf Standortebene. Sie stellen die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen auf effektive, zeitnahe und verantwortungsvolle Weise sicher. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Bereiche Compliance und Dokumentenkontrolle sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Qualitätssystems durch Identifizieren, Definieren und Implementieren von Best Practices. _

**DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Kontinuierliche Überwachung bestehender Verfahren für den Standort gemäss den Industriestandards und Bereitstellung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen, wenn Möglichkeiten verfügbar sind.
- Koordinieren und verfolgen Sie die Korrektur-/Präventionsmaßnahmen und den Aufwand für den Nichtkonformitätsprozess
- Durchführung von Audits durch Dritte und sicherstellen, dass alle Korrekturmaßnahmen von jedem Standort rechtzeitig abgeschlossen werden.
- Fördern Sie Einzelpersonen und das Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung wichtiger Betriebskennzahlen und zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
- Bereitstellung eines Kommunikationsforums für den Austausch von Ideen und Informationen innerhalb aller Standorte und Abteilungen.

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich (z. B. Medizintechnik, Qualitätsmanagement).
- mindestens 5 Jahre analoge Berufserfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung (Medizinprodukte, Life Sciences, Pharmazeutika bevorzugt) oder eine gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrung.
- Erfahrung mit Fehlerursache-Analysemethoden, Methoden der statistischen Analyse, Change Control Management, Risk Management und technische Dokumentation.
- Erfahrung in externen Audits
- Kommunikations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten und Interaktion mit funktions
- und geschäftsübergreifenden Teams
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkentnisse
