**Dein Impact bei TWINT**:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer langfristigen Strategie zur Optimierung von Innovations-, Portfolio
- und Produktentwicklungsprozessen
- Etablierung und Überwachung von Governance-Strukturen zur Verbesserung der organisatorischen Leistung und Förderung der Zusammenarbeit
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen, basierend auf Best Practices, Branchentrends und den internen kollektiven Erfahrungen der Organisation
- Integration relevanter Trends und bewährten Methoden in die Prozessgestaltung
- Entwicklung und Messung von Leistungsindikatoren und Frameworks zur Bewertung der Prozesseffizienz
- Operative Verantwortung für die firmenweiten Innovations
- und Lean-Portfolio-Prozesse
- Analyse und Interpretation von Prozess
- und Portfoliodaten zur Bereitstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Experten in den Bereichen Prozesse, Methoden und Coaching
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, strategisches Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Portfolios, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld oder Fintech-Bereich, sowie fundiertes Wissen in «New Ways of Working» (bspw. Flight Levels, LESS, SAFe, OKR, QBR)
- Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zu leiten
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategische Denkweise
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
