Das Grants Office der Universität Basel ist eine zentrale Stelle innerhalb des Vizerektorats Forschung. Wir beraten und unterstützen Forschende aus allen Fakultäten bei der Beantragung von Forschungsgeldern bei nationalen und internationalen Förderorganisationen (z.B. SNSF, Horizon Europe, Innosuisse). Als Mitglied der schweizerischen Netzwerk Euresearch, informiert das Grant Office zusätzlich regionale Firmen und Start-Ups gezielt über die EU-Förderprogrammen.

Wir suchen per 1. Mai 2023 oder nach Vereinbarung einen Research Manager mit Schwerpunkt auf Innovationsprojekten. Sie haben eine Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Forschenden und internen/externen Verwaltungsstellen. Zusätzlich sind Sie als «Euresearch Company Advisor» für die Beratung von Unternehmen zuständig. Sie sind Teil eines internationalen Teams von fünf Personen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Beratung von Forschenden der Universität Basel und Unternehmen in der Region Nordwestschweiz in Bezug auf Fördermöglichkeiten für Forschungsprojekte
- Organisation und Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen, Workshops und Webinaren auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerorganisationen in der Region
- Proaktive Information zu EU-Förderprogrammen bei Firmen und unterstützenden Interessensvertretern in der Nordwestschweiz
- Unterstützung von Forschenden bei der Vorbereitung von Projektanträgen, vor allem in Bezug auf administrative, finanzielle und technische Aspekte
- Administrative Betreuung von Forschungsprojekten an der Universität (Innosuisse, EU-Projekten) in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Verwaltungsstellen

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss
- Forschungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Förderagenturen (insbesondere Innovationsförderung)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Innovations-Landschaft der Region Nordwestschweiz sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im planen und managen von Forschungsprojekten
- Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen akademischen Umfeld
- Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
