**About the role**
Location: Basel, Switzerland
Fulltime, Onsite #LI-Onsite

Your responsibilities will include:
- Run and execute independently in vitro experiments with immune cells aimed to investigate the potential immunogenicity of biotherapeutics.
- Competent and independent in executing immune assays: isolation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, cell culture (e.g. monocytes derived dendritic cell, primary B cells), multi color FACS analysis, proliferation assays, ELISA and ELISPOT
- Executes high-quality experiments and delivers & interprets data with colleagues and/or project teams.
- Generates hypotheses to test, troubleshoots issues and designs and executes the next set of experiments with some input from senior lab members/manager.
- Manages basic research activities in parallel provides support for other team members and is assigned to general lab responsibilities.
- Responsible of data recording and interpretation in electronic lab note book

**Role Requirements**
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in multiple antibody screening assays including FACS, ELISA, and functional assays using human primary immune cells. Expertise with Mass Spectrometry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new assays, critically analyze data, learn, and combine new techniques and concepts quickly, design experiments.
- Well-developed interpersonal / communication / team skills in an international cross-cultural environment with an enthusiastic pro-active attitude.
- High level academic and business English (written and spoken).
