Description du poste

Vous ferez partie du TRM- Customer service des Opérations de l’entité Suisse.

**Vous serez le moteur du TRM-2nd Level Support External.**

En qualité de Professionnel/le du support Trm-2nd Level (externe), vous rejoindrez une équipe ouverte et partageuse avec des collègues hautement qualifiés.
Vous pouvez venir tel/le que vous êtes et donner le meilleur de vous-même chez Nets.
Vous trouverez la liberté d'équilibrer un travail passionnant et votre vie privée.

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités sont la coordination et la planification des installations clients (sur site et par poste). La Coordination et planification des installations VIP et Partenaires. La Coordination et planification des réparations sur site. Le contrôle mensuel de la facturation des abonnements, ainsi que les tâches administratives du Team.

- Connaissances en allemand, un avantage.
