**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:
- Umsetzung der effizienten und professionellen Rekrutierungstrategie zusammen mit einem schlagkräftigen kleinen Team
- Koordination der Rekrutierungen im Team sowie mit unseren externen Partnern
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Rekrutierungsprozess
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Human Resources Management
- Leitung bzw. Begleitung von Projekten
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene HR Ausbildung (Personalfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)
- Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft (z.B. Master of Adv. Studies HRM) oder gleichwertige Aus
- und Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rekrutierung
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
