Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Brand Manager in executing marketing plans including media executions, asset production and post campaign analysis
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns.
- Monitor and update websites and social media channels.
- Liaise with external agencies for content creation, marketing materials, and websites.
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents.
- Organise market research and identify industry trends.
- Maintain a marketing database and assist with campaign reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing function.
- Create meeting agendas and take clear notes with action items and timelines.

**Profile**
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- **You need to be based in Switzerland or Swiss valid permit**
