- Organization and follow up FGM Regional Monthly Meeting (Region’s team), GM’s monthly touch base, seminars, budget sessions, team building days, suppliers’ management & negotiation and budget management.
- Lead specific project at both regional and local level (linked with local GMs’ Teams) such as managing omnicanality, strategical launches, new business opportunities, myblend development
- Interact with business consultants to seek for new businesses’ approaches, market’s studies at region level.
- Follow up market visits based on meetings summary, coordinate and ensure execution on some key/ strategic topics.
- Provide complex market analysis helping to steer the business and foster best practices across the hubs
- Deal with consumer knowledge, piloting consumers studies and sharing information to hubs on competitive market.
- Manage minutes of meetings/ recap French and in English at Region Level.
- 3 to 5 travels a year in Regional Hubs or Affiliates
**Executive Assistant - 30%**
- Anticipate and manage the agenda of the President of Future Growth Markets.
- Manage complex travel arrangements (both international and local), creating and distributing detailed itineraries. Ensure all tickets, transfers, visa requirements and accommodations are correctly set with the support of our travel Agency.
- Arrange and organize internal and external meetings.
- Manage ongoing CSR initiatives based on Group strategy
**_Education/Degree : _**
- Master degree or equivalent
- **_Background including total years of experience_**:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- **_Technical skills: _**:
- Project management, data driven, financial basics knowledge
**_Languages: _**
- Perfectly fluent in French in English. Another language will be a plus (Spanish).

- Primary point of contact for the management based in Switzerland the position requires excellent communication skills and strong ability for multitasking
