Stellenbeschreibung:

- Deine Leidenschaft ist es, Interessenten und Kunden von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen zu überzeugen, welche die digitale Customer Experience ins Zentrum stellen und für die Erreichung dieses Zieles Marketing Technologien auszureizen
- Du bist Botschafter dafür, dass man mit geeigneter Daten und richtigem Technologie-Stack perfekte Experiences kreieren kann
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Value Propositions und die Leitung von Key-Opportunities und Pitches
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Expertenteam und dem Vertrieb, definierst du die Pitch-Strategie und -Story, betonst dabei die Vorteile unseres Leistungsversprechens und lieferst eine ganzheitliche Lösung für den Kunden.
- Dabei behälst du verschiedene Aspekte wie Customer Experience, Daten oder Marketing im Blick.
- Dabei stehst du im in engem Austausch mit unseren Stakeholdern (z.B. mit Sales, Account Manager und Service Lines) sowie mit unserer wichtigsten Technologiepartnern.

Qualifikationen:

- Du bist lösungsorientiert, bringst einen starkem Beratungshintergrund mit sowie den Willen, die beste Lösung für den Kunden zu finden
- Du hast mindestens vier bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Business Consulting
- Du bringst zudem ausgeprägte Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Themenbereiche mit: Customer Experience, Solution Architeture, Web/Internet-Technologien, Marketing Clouds. Weitere Kenntnisse von anderen Online-Bereichen sind ein starkes Plus
- Strategisches Denken mit der Fähigkeit, die Dinge aus einer übergeordneten Perspektive zu betrachten ist für dich kein Problem
- Hohe Kunden
- und Zielorientierung, Flexibilität, Begeisterung, Belastbarkeit sowie projektspezifische Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
