**Global Learning and Development Expert (M/F/d) - (Any loction in Switzerland)**
- This role can be based out of any location of the above-mentioned employment locations. You must be an official resident in the employment country to be considered for this role.
**Tenthpin** is a global management consulting firm, founded in January 2017 and operating now in 7 countries (US, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Portugal, Poland, and India) with currently +400 consultants and constantly growing. Our global consulting team provides strategic advisory services in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. As a Life Sciences consulting firm, we have an excellent and unique reputation, and we are working on truly industry specific innovations.
We are looking for a part-time (min. 60%) employee to join us in making the difference. As we are continuously growing as an organization, there is the possibility to develop the role beyond the current responsibilities in the future.
**What you will be doing**:
As Learning and Development Expert, you will be responsible for the Global Learning and Development Department.
- You will be responsible for the learning culture at Tenthpin and will continue developing it
- Planning and organization of the Tenthpin University yearly trainings weeks and country specific training event throughout the year and coordinate internal and external trainers
- You will take care of the training curriculum
- Track record of employees’ trainings and personal development
- Supporting and working in close collaboration with all the business units in training-related topics
- Coordinate the SAP certification process
- Training Provider Vendor Management
- Execution and further development of the existing learning framework (introduce new trainings or learning formats)
- Moderate and co-facilitate training sessions
- Responsible for the training budget and negotiate contracts
- Surveys and training analysis
- Operational tasks (tracking KPIs, creating and maintain excel files etc.)
**What you bring with you**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education/training qualification in Human Resources / Learning & Development
- 4+ years of experience in the Learning & Development area
- Experience in Learning Management System (LMS), E-learning development, blended learning programmes (including in-person, virtual & hybrid) and gamification
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in creating a Training Curriculum and align the employees training needs to the business needs
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational talent
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Proactive and open mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and take opportunities to add value for the employees and the business
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Moderation and facilitation experience would be a plus as well as experience in compliance trainings
- Experience in a global environment and fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
