**Minimum qualifications**:
Experience running Learning and Development programs and projects

Experience gathering training metrics to measure the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs

Experience navigating multiple projects and changing priorities

Experience in program/project management leading operational initiatives

**Preferred qualifications**:
Experience with the interviewing and/or hiring process and procedures

Experience and interest in using data to set goals and track results

Team player with the ability to drive projects to successful and timely conclusions, while collaborating cross-functionally, multi-tasking, and managing multiple clients

Highly motivated professional with demonstrated project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership

Excellent verbal, written communication, people, presentation writing, and delivery skills

Domain expertise in instructional design and/or adult learning program management

About the job

The Recruiting Enablement team enables Google to find and hire the best talent everywhere. Our remit includes Learning and Development programs to help Googlers develop their hiring skills and knowledge, operations management, resource management, analysis and insights, hiring process design and technology, organizational communications, leadership offsite facilitation, and strategic projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage a small team of temp coordinators, and collaborate directly with Recruiting clients to scope learning and development needs through a data-driven approach.
Design quarterly roadmaps for Learning and Development, and deliver on roadmap through research, data, and partnerships.
Use analytical precision to inform decisions and provide insights on current and future learning initiatives.
Design, oversee, and facilitate a range of training programs and events. Promote and facilitate innovative learning initiatives.
Use and scale metrics tracking tools across the entire team and manage the ongoing analysis, tracking, and reporting of goals for Learning and Development programs.
