Founder's Associate

Inyova is the leading digital platform for investing with a sustainability impact. Through the Inyova platform, people can invest their money in companies that represent the causes they care about (like sustainability, gender equality, etc.) - without sacrificing returns along the way. Inyova stands for "invest in your values" and we're on a mission to make impact investing mainstream.

**Your role**
- You will be reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with Inyova's management team to support them in their operations and projects.
- You will own whole tasks and projects and be responsible for getting them done.
- You'll be working on expanding Inyova's customer acquisition channels by working closely with our partnerships team.
- You'll be organising & leading Inyova's recurring management meetings.
- You'll be preparing presentations & public talks.
- You'll be conducting research and creating knowledge dossiers on specific topics.
- You'll work intensively with our financial models and work closely with our external accounting for regulatory reporting.
- You'll be responsible for our cap table management and support investor relations.
- You'll be the "heart" of our Zurich Headquarters, ensuring a happy work environment for our team.

**Your Profile**
- You're excited about Inyova's purpose.

- You have a proven track record of being a high achiever. You can show this through excellent academic track records (master's degree is a strong plus) and work experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment (e.g. in a start-up, scale-up or consultancy).
- You're happy to take on a variety of tasks, from thinking through complex business problems to dealing with paperwork.
- You're able to structure complex problems, prioritize and develop an effective action plan.
- You're empathetic to people and their needs.
- You're highly independent in prioritising and planning your own work, and you are well-organised.
- You're a great and proactive communicator.
- You're proficient in common office IT tools (specifically spreadsheets and presentations).
- You're able to keep your cool when things get hectic. (They will)
- You're fully proficient in English and German (both on native-speaker level). Further languages, especially French, are a plus.
- You're lots of fun to work with.
