The role
To support our growth and success story in Europe and beyond, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Growth Marketing specialist to execute our marketing strategy. As a vital part of our Marketing team, working side-by-side with designers, software developers, and biz-devs, you’ll build our acquisition channels and run experiments to scale the best-working ones. You’ll have skin in the game (i.e. an equity stake) and will work with the Head of Growth, the Head of Product, and the CEO from Day 1 on.
Tasks
Your areas of responsibility
- You challenge and contribute to our marketing strategy and put it into practice
- You build, run, and manage lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
- You lead the conception of landing pages to support existing and new campaigns
- You manage and oversee the production of high-quality content end-to-end, from copywriting to SEO, visualization, and optimization for different media and channels
- You monitor SEO activities to improve the visibility of the website and the generation of qualified leads
- You implement marketing automation to optimize campaigns and increase efficiency
- You collaborate with external partners
- You commit to being an open, honest, and willing partner in an execution-oriented team.
**Requirements**:
About you
**What you’ll need to bring**:
- You have 4+ experience in digital marketing
- You are capable of overseeing high-quality content production end-to-end, from copywriting to SEO, visualization, optimization for different media and channels
- You have solid experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Tools and can set them up from scratch (preferred Hubspot)
- You know how to find and manage agencies and freelance contributors and ensure that they are impactful
- You have a university degree in business, management, marketing, psychology, engineering, or similar
- You embrace challenges and yet undefined paths to success, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. You believe that you and others can always learn and grow
- You’re tech-savvy, product-oriented, and can speak our customers' language
- You are fluent in German and English
**Nice to Haves**:
- You have previously worked in a start-up/scale-up
- You have previously worked in Marketing for an IT Security company/vendor
- You bring copywriting and design skills
