**Dein Beitrag**
- Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören sämtliche organisatorische Aufgaben wie Reiseplanung/-koordination, Organisation von Meetings, Videokonferenzen, Events und Workshops vom Leiter Distribution sowie weiteren Personen aus dessen Führungsteam
- Du übernimmst die gesamte Terminplanung und Betreuung diverser administrativer Aufgaben
- Du gestaltest die Agenda für das Führungsteam und die monatlichen Ressortmeetings
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und übernimmst Protokollführungen
- Es kommen auch diverse administrative Aufgaben auf dich zu, wie das Kontrollieren von Rechnungen, Spesenabrechnungen, Materialbestellungen, etc.
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für den Bereich Distribution. Dies bedeutet, dass du ad-hoc Anfragen aus dem Ressort koordinieren und bearbeiten wirst. Weiter bist du auch der Kontakt für die KollegInnen aus der AXA und der AXA-Gruppe

**Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente**
- Neben einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation bringst du solide und langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit
- Du beschreibst dich als zuverlässig, selbständig, flexibel und sehr vertrauenswürdig
- Dein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und dein hohes Mass an Diskretion prägen dein Auftreten
- Du kommunizierst mündlich stilsicher Deutsch
- und Französisch und bringst gute Englisch
- sowie Italienischkenntnisse mit
- Mit den MS-Office Programmen kennst du dich bestens aus. Wenn du ein Flair für die IT-Herausforderungen im Alltag hast, ist das ein willkommener Pluspunkt
