**Purpose**

The **FP&A Manager** reports to the Regional Finance Director Europe. The position is based in Meyrin - Geneva, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you will oversee controlling activities related to the Richemont distribution activities in Europe: 8 European entities and 10 Watch & Jewellery Maisons, manage two experienced Regional Financial Controllers directly, and also support the local controlling community (~50 controllers).

You and your team are the primary point of contact for the Europe Maison Management and the Markets Teams. You will supervise the European wholesale channel, distributed from Switzerland (RLGE Swiss Branch), you are participating to most of the European Specialist Watchmakers Exco (JLC, PAN, BEM, RDU) and you will leaf regional analysis (Cash-Flow, sales reporting, Capital approval requests, etc.).

**You will be successful in the role by**
- **People Management/Collaboration**
- Support the implementation of development plan, set objectives and review performance of the Regional Financial Controllers
- Insure team cooperation and well-being (team buildings, lunches, Markets and Maisons visits)
- Participate in the animation of the European controlling community (seminar, trainings, monthly calls, etc)
- **SWM Europe FP&A**
- Regional FP&A for JLC Europe, supporting the Europe Managing director (BU/LE/Strat Plan)
- Support JLC Europe Managing director on business analysis and development
- Supervise the team on PAN, RDU and BEM European activities
- **Europe Wholesale Budget cycles**
- Supervise budget process (BU/LE) for the regional wholesale: P&L and Cash Flow
- Supervise controllers in the budget process (review data quality, respect of timing, etc.) and lead personally one or two Maison(s)
- Consolidation of regional data (provided by markets and HR)
- Supervise CAPEX structure maintenance (yearly IO creation) in SAP and budget updates
- Overlook e-Commerce and Qatar/Africa to ensure it fits in our regional processes
- Ensure timely load of budget figures in the reporting systems for the full entity
- Ensure efficient/homogenous processes in place (tools, working files, etc.)
- **Europe monthly closing and reporting**
- Supervise (and run some aspect of) monthly closing activities, in line with IFRS for RLGE Swiss Branch entity
- Analysis of cash-flow actuals for the full regional scope, proactive communication of results to stakeholders
- Supervise various regional analysis (Freight dashboard, etc.)
- **Business & projects**
- Supervise the team when supporting projects and other business activities
- Participate to a wide range of regional projects (operation and finance)
- Support Richemont Europe Management in various ad-hoc requests
- Ensure continuous improvement of business processes to gain efficiency in the organization
- Development and improvement of reports and dashboards
- Support review and validation of new boutiques and renovations

**You invaluable skills we are looking for**
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- You are fluent in French, English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages are a plus)
- You have a minimum of 5 years in Controlling in complex and multicultural organization
- You are precise and good at multitasking
- You are a good communicator with empathy & flexibility
