About the role

The purpose of this role is to establish the production planning for manufacturing and packaging equipment to fulfil customer requirements.

Main objectives are:

- To execute Production Scheduling (0-6-week Horizon) for selected work centres
- To plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays
- To monitor and define the capacity statement for selected work centres
- To monitor, maintain and ensure complete data accuracy of all critical data related to scheduling and for reporting

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Scheduling
- Schedule selected work centres on a 6-week horizon
- Maintain Open Order Book for accurate visibility within the supply chain
- Execute a level-loaded schedule to supply the schedule with any intermediates required.
- Maintain up-to-date capacity definition for select production work centres, (line openings, maintenance, projects, demonstrated output )
- Accommodate Production Scheduling requirements for non-standard activity (such as New Product Introduction or Artwork/Pack Change)
- In collaboration with key functions, schedule maintenance, projects and other major events
- Follow production orders and co-ordinate activities up to process order release

Analysis and reporting
- Provision of daily performance figures for selected work centers.
- Analyse and address gaps in operational activities (CTS, CTV, OEE ceiling,)
- Identify and mitigate stock at risk (blocked stock, future perished intermediates,)
- Analyse, control and approve changes for production planning parameters (e.g.: rate,
- capacity changes )
- Ensure data provide for production planning field
- Ensure accuracy of all critical fields within all data systems related to the selected work centres and for reporting
- Support continuous improvement of team reports and script, including PowerBI and relationship with Community of Practice

- Comply with GMP standards
- Comply with GSK EHS rules

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University Degree and / or justified experience in Supply Planning/ Supply Chain / Quality Chain Degree- Good knowledge of scheduling and supply chain processes- Supply Chain Qualification (APICS is a plus)- Advanced level Excel skills required- Time management and prioritization skills- Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure- Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans- Good Communicator- Good organizational skills- Advanced understanding of SAP PP- PowerBI knowledge is a plus
