**Overview of contract**
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Control Center Operator.
**Location**: Zürich
**Start date**: 01.04.2024
**End date**: Long term planed
**Main responsibilities**
- Monitoring of jobs and execution of requests for manual interaction in the different systems using OPC (z/OS) and AWA-Automatic scheduling tools
- Perform day to day operational activities which included periodic system checks, IPLs, Start/End of day procedures, system health checks etc.
- Collaboration on releases, key date changes, disaster recovery tests, etc.
- Early escalation of Incidents to the responsible team and Incident Management organization, according to the applicable Incident Management process and available instructions.
**Your skills**:
- Good knowledge of IT systems in banking domain is necessary.
- Experience in a similar role (1st Level, 2nd Level support)
- Automic Workload Automation (AWA)
- Mainframe z/OS experience as Operator is a plus
- JCL, Batch Scheduling
- ITIL basic knowledge, Incident Management
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
