**Summary**

The main task is to represent the company Incyte, its preparations, products and services within the mentioned area to opinion leaders, prescribers and medical personnel in order to achieve both the personal and team goals as well as the business goals of the company within the framework of the legally prescribed requirements as well as the company policy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support of the assigned territory with assessment of business opportunities in university clinics, community hospitals and oncology units in private practice
- Participation in indication relevant congresses / education and training events Presentation and development of INCYTE Oncology product in compliance with regulations and legal requirements and in accordance with marketing and sales strategies
- Organization and execution of regional "in-label" trainings for health care professionals
- Supporting the creation and implementation of the national marketing strategy
- Establish business networks with key decision makers and with key opinion leaders.
- Conduct local marketing and sales analysis and gain understanding of patient flow and network connections.
- Managing professional relationships with opinion leaders, negotiating purchasing terms with hospital pharmacists only in compliance with regulations and legal requirements and within company guidelines.
- Participate in congresses, events and physician trainings.
- Document and report daily activities
- Create, present and interpret relevant key figures (internal KPIs / local market / indication area of approved products / market monitoring and communication of own assessment
- Consistently work independently on your own further development or training
- Actively taking over trainings (train the trainer) for colleagues or new hires.
- Taking over projects within the region / market cluster
- Recognizing opportunities, developing and implementing activities to achieve or exceed challenging goals while complying with the legal framework.
- Mediation of product information (regulatory compliant)

**Requirements**:

- Min. 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales (focus on clinic field sales) with discussion of highly explanatory preparations -preferably in the field of oncology/hematology
- Established network in the national pharmaceutical market
- Perfect understanding of scientific articles in English language
- Experienced presenter
- Very good knowledge of the national healthcare system
- Team player
- Very good communication skills (multilingual - very good English skills)
- Professional appearance
- Independent working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good IT skills
