In Dietikon gibt es eine Vielzahl von Funktionen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf: Management, Finanzen, Personal, Innovation, Qualität, Produktmanagement, Produktion und Lieferkette. Wir arbeiten oft eng mit Kollegen auf der ganzen Welt zusammen. In den USA und China haben wir Produktions
- und Vertriebsabteilungen sowie eine Logistikabteilung. In Deutschland arbeiten unsere Kollegen hauptsächlich im Vertriebsteam, im Kundenservice und in der Logistik.
Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Dietikon per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n: Engineering Manager (m/w/d) 100%
Aufgaben
- Research & Development sowie projektbezogene Produktentwicklung im Bereich Fluid und Strömungstechnik
- Mitarbeiterführung (Engineering und Prüf-Labor)
- Anwendungs
- und produkttechnische Kundenberatung und Abklärungen
- Abklärungen produktspezifischer Themen mit Lieferanten und externen Stellen wie Instituten etc.
- Planung und Koordination von Prüf
- und Messversuchen, intern und mit externen Stellen
- Verantwortung für das Prüflabor Flow Control (Prüfaufbauten, Testplanung, Dokumentation)
- Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation und Spezifikation aller technischen Unterlagen
- Qualitätsmanagement und engineeringseitige Bearbeitung von Schadensanalysen oder Kundenreklamationen, inkl. Berichterstellung.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnik oder eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Techniker oder Meister
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Entwicklungsingenieur (oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung mit Produktentwicklungsprozessen
- Vertiefte Werkstoffkenntnisse in Bezug auf mechanische Eigenschaften
- Starke Methoden
- und Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Zuverlässigkeit sowie starkes analytisches Denken
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
