**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Führung der Payroll & Admin Spezialistin und der Leiterin des HR Shared Service Center (HRS)
- Budgetverantwortung HR-Kostenstelle (CAPEX/OPEX)
- Erkennen, aufnehmen und analysieren von Business Anforderungen/-Bedürfnissen der verschiedenen Bereiche und Entwicklung und Führung von entsprechenden HR-Business-Konzepten
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Life Cycle inkl. entsprechende Administration und Payroll
- Rekrutierung von Fach
- und Führungskräften zusammen mit der Linie

**Deine Skills**:

- Fachliche Führung der HR Business Partner der Tochtergesellschaften entlang strategischer, standardisierter Gruppen-Initiativen
- Verantwortung für die HR Champion Gruppe und aktive Mitarbeit im Gremium
- Harmonisierung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von gruppenübergreifenden HR-Prozessen und Kompetenzmodell
- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der wiederkehrenden Mitarbeiterbeurteilung Prozesses, Talent Management-Initiative inklusive Nachfolgeplanung
