Du arbeitest in einem diversen Team, welches die Zürcher Kantonalbank bezüglich des Bereitstellens und Unterhaltens einer breiten Palette von Produkten und Dienstleistungen unterstützt und Ansprechpartner für juristische Fragestellungen in diesem Bereich dient. So umfasst das Portfolio des Teams im Wesentlichen die Dienstleistungen Execution only, Anlageberatung, Vermögensverwaltung und Vorsorgeprodukte, sowie Produkte des Basisgeschäfts wie Kontoprodukte, Schrankfach, Paketlösungen und Kredit
- und Debitkarten. Du erfüllst Deine Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern vor allem aus dem Produktmanagement und dem Asset Management. Bei der täglichen Arbeit bist du in engem Austausch mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der anderen Teams im Legal & Compliance.

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Ansprechpartner:in bei regulatorischen Umsetzungsprojekten und Beratung bei in
- und ausländischen rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragen (z. B. FIDLEG, MiFID, ESG)
- Rechtliche Beratung und Begleitung einer breiten Palette von Finanzdienstleistungen und Produkten wie Execution only, Anlageberatung, und Vermögensverwaltung (für alle Kundensegmente)
- Beratung und Begleitung des Basisgeschäfts wie Kontoprodukte, Schrankfach, Paketlösungen und Kredit
- und Debitkarten
- Erstellen von Verträgen und Produktdokumentationen sowie Beratung im Zusammenhang mit Vertriebsfragen im Zusammenhang mit den vorstehenden Produkten und Dienstleistungen im In
- und Ausland (MiFID)
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen bezüglich Weiterentwicklung des Dienstleistungs
- und Produkteangebotes der Zürcher Kantonalbank sowie bei der Ausgestaltung bankinterner Prozesse und Weisungen

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (lic.iur./MLaw), Schweizer Anwaltspatent von Vorteil
- Zwei bis vier Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Rechtsdienst eines Finanzdienstleisters oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse, und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturiertes Denken, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Belastbarkeit und Termintreue
- Effiziente, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Freude an gestalterischen Aufgaben, wo du deine Kreativität einfliessen lassen kannst
