Events Manager

**Breitling **stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are looking for an **Events Manager **who**, **in this broad project management role will plan, organize and execute different kinds of marketing events.
Working closely with Breitling employees from all over the globe as well as external agencies and partners you will support the conceptual development and implement national and international events. In your position, you will report directly to the head of events department.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Project lead for internal and external national and international live communication projects (employee events, boutique openings, product launches, exhibitions, sponsoring events, VIP support, etc.) in the phases of planning, organization, implementation and follow-up, including success control and budget responsibility for the respective projects.
- Support the conceptual development and implementation of integrated marketing projects
- Close cooperation with all marketing departments as well as external partners and agencies
- Administrative Tasks
**Your profile**:
- You have minimum of 3 years of work experience in the events industry, ideally coming from the luxury industry or any international event agency
- Strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to responsibly manage several projects at the same time.
- Well-founded knowledge in the field of conceptual work, in project management, high resilience and initiative.
- Unrestricted customer orientation, above-average willingness to perform, interdisciplinary thinking and acting, solution-oriented way of thinking.
- Reliable, flexible and loyal team player.
