Im Model Development Life & Savings (L&S) bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, erste Arbeitserfahrungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen aktuarieller Modellierung und Reporting zu sammeln. Wir entwickeln und optimieren die Modelle zur Risiko
- und Profitabilitätsberechnung des Lebensversicherungsgeschäfts der AXA sowie die darauf aufbauenden Prozesse weiter, um der AXA durch hochstehendes Reporting eine optimale Geschäftssteuerung zu ermöglichen.

Bei uns sind deine analytischen Fähigkeiten und deine kreativen Problemlösungs-Skills zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Modelle gefordert. Diese bilden dabei das Versicherungsgeschäft der AXA L&S ganzheitlich sowie auf granularer Ebene ab und liefern die Grundlage für sämtliche Solvenz-Kennzahlen sowie den IFRS-Abschluss der AXA Schweiz. Zudem bieten wir dir ein Arbeitsumfeld in einem jungen Team mit fachlich diversem Hintergrund, in welchem Agilität und echtes Teamwork den Erfolg bringen.

Dein Beitrag
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Überführung in Produktion der Bewertungsmodelle für IFRS, SST & Solvency II
- Optimierung unserer Projektionsmodelle und Prozesse für ein effizientes Reporting und eine starke Governance
- Unterstützen der Anwender/innen der Modelle im Reportingprozess
- Du arbeitest in einem agil organisierten Team und Sektor

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (Universität/Fachhochschule) im naturwissenschaftlichen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich (Mathematik/Physik/Informatik/Wirtschaftswissenschaften)
- Gute Programmierkenntnisse (C++, R, Python oder MATLAB)
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und vernetzte Denkweise
- Du interessierst dich für aktuarielle Modellierung und hast Lust, diese in die Praxis umzusetzen

Du arbeitest im Bereich Risk Management & Actuarial and Security. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, den Umgang der AXA Schweiz mit ihren eigenen Risiken als verlässlicher Partner systematisch und proaktiv mitzugestalten.
