Tasks

Als Business Development Intern bei Urban Connect repräsentierst du nicht nur unser Produkt nach außen, sondern trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Mobilitätstransformation voranzutreiben. Dein Beitrag ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen, bestehende Partnerschaften zu stärken und unsere Dienstleistungen weiter zu verbessern.

**Aufgabenbereich**:
Du unterstützt das Team tatkräftig im gesamten Sales Prozess, verwaltest aber auch deine eigene Pipeline aus neuen, qualifizierten und interessierten Leads.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Materialien, sowie Pitch-Unterlagen für Kunden.
- Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und -demonstrationen, um den Wert unserer Lösungen zu verdeutlichen.
- Du bist bereit neue Leads für Urban Connect zu generieren über diverse Kanäle, einschliesslich E-Mail-Kampagnen, Events oder Discovery Meetings.

Du bist stark in das interne Business Development involviert und kannst interne Prozesse vorantreiben.
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von unserem CRM-Tool
- Du denkst proaktiv und reflektierst Verkaufsprozesse, verbesserst diese, wenn nötig und führst neue strategische Lösungen ein, um die bestehenden Ansätze zu optimieren.

Du entwickelst Marktkenntnisse und informierst dich über Branchentrends, Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber und neuen Technologien.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam zur Steigerung der Quantität und Qualität der Leads
- Feedback fürs Produktentwicklungsteam auf der Grundlage von Kundenbedürfnissen und Marktanforderungen.

**Requirements**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Bachelor in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Du bist flexibel und umsichtig, arbeitest gerne in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld und bist in der Lage, dich schnell auf Veränderungen einzustellen
- Du kannst gut im Team arbeiten, bist zuverlässig und du kannst dich mit dem Start-up-Charakter des Unternehmens anfreunden, bei dem die Mitarbeitenden bei Bedarf auch in anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens mit anpacken müssen
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, bist emphatisch und motivierst dein Team durch deine Zielstrebigkeit und das Erreichen von Ergebnissen
- Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten und bist sicher im Umgang mit Daten, gehst selbstbewusst mit Komplexität um und du hast keine Angst vor grossen Zahlen

**Erforderlich**:

- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen (z.B. HubSpot)

**Nice to have**:

- Schweizerdeutsch und/oder Französisch
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen (z.B. HubSpot)
