**Primary responsibilities**
- Responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the existing partner network of banks, investment companies, M&A boutiques, consultants and auditors
- Screening and due diligence of potential investments
- Independent analysis of financing concepts, annual financial statement documents and corporate plans with corresponding preparation for internal meetings
- Assumption of projects within the scope of dedicated credit analysis
- Preparation of financial models and transaction reports
- Coordination of the preparation of contracts
- Research and preparation of information on existing and potential investments
- Monitoring of existing investments
- Support in the preparation of investor reports and marketing documents

**Profile**
- Degree in economics with a focus on finance / banking; preferably also a graduate of a dual course of studies in banking and finance.
- Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of debt fund, auditing, corporate finance or banking (lending)
- Ability to analyse annual financial statement documents and other corporate reports
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work independently
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation and mobility
- Good written and oral communication skills
- German (mother tongue) and good English skills; French an advantage
