Controller Middle Office Private Market Investments
Tasks
In a Middle Office role responsible for the controlling of the strategies of the Private Market portfolios / Controlling of different Private Market investments with focus on Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Estate / Controlling of financial developments of the fund investments with financial statements and cash flows (capital calls and distributions) in cooperation with the fund administrators and external Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) / Preparation of the quarterly net asset values / Preparation of key performance reports for senior management with discussion of results / Participation in financial projections, budgeting and strategic planning / Advising the Senior Portfolio Management or the investors on the subscription of new investment opportunities or fund shares / Ensuring high data quality in the area of private market investments / Ad hoc projects and evaluations that arise situationally from the business.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance / Professional experience in the fund industry, ideally in Private Equity or fund-of-funds / Understanding of Private Equity financial structures and processes / Experience in reporting, including commenting on results / Strong attention to detail and quality / Precise work style / Self-starter with ability to perform under time pressure / Organizational skills and prioritization / Strong service orientation and eloquent communication / MS Office, Excel and PP / English and German.
