Unser Internship-Programm richtet sich an Studierende, die praktische Erfahrung in einem der verschiedenen Berufsfelder im Zentrum der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche sammeln möchten. Im Verlauf dieses fundierten und umfassenden Programms leistest du wertvolle Beiträge für die Arbeit der Bank, entwickelst Kompetenzen, erweiterst dein Wissen und baust dein Selbstvertrauen auf. Du bist Teil von exklusiven Veranstaltungen, Shadowing Days, praxisorientierten Herausforderungen und anspruchsvollen Aufgaben, um deine Erfahrungen zu erweitern und wertvolle Netzwerke in der Bank und im breiteren Sektor aufzubauen. Am Ende des Programms hast du umfangreiche, vielfältige Einblicke in unsere Arbeit bei der Credit Suisse und die Branche im Allgemeinen gewonnen.

**Dauer**:4-6 Monate
**Akademischer Leistungsnachweis**:Du hast mindestens vier Semester eines Bachelorstudiums abgeschlossen oder absolvierst zurzeit ein Masterstudium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule.

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**
- Die Opportunität, unsere schweizer Privatkunden in den Bereichen Zahlen, Sparen, Vorsorge & Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen telefonisch zu beraten und zu betreuen
- Professionelle Betreuung und aktiver Ausbau des Kundenportefeuilles mittels fundierter Tools
- Kundenbuchverantwortung und -pflege sowie systematisches Überprüfen resp. laufende Bereinigung der Kundenbeziehungen unter Einhaltung und Umsetzung der geltenden Richtlinien (Sorgfaltspflichtvereinbarung, Geldwäschereiverordnung, Know Your Client, usw.)
- Sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden und allgemeiner Kundenkorrespondenz
- Abwicklung von komplexen Compliance-Fragen (z. B. Domizilwechsel, US- und FATCA-Thematik), inkl. Sicherstellung der entsprechenden Formalitäten
- Abwechslungsreiche und fordernde Aufgaben in einem spannenden und sehr lebhaften Arbeitsumfeld
- Einbindung in ein motiviertes und erfolgreiches Team

- stilsichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Französischkenntnisse mitbringst. Englisch
