Be One Of Not Many

This position reports to our Purchasing Director and will be in charge of buying watch components for our Maison

**THE MISSION**

For launches:

- Request for quotations management: supplier selection, prices, logistics and quality conditions negotiation, business awards
- Cost avoidance proposals and TCO approach
- Provide support to the internal stakeholders during all the project phases

For catalog references:

- Define, implement, and communicate sourcing strategies for each category
- Identify and carry out cost optimization through a close collaboration with suppliers and with internal teams
- Implementation and follow-up of multi-sourcing projects for business securing
- Value addition to the current sourcing activities, by reducing leadtime, inventory costs and logistic costs of each category
- Ensure that all the components-articles are sourced in line with the Group compliance rules
- Develop partnership with key suppliers
- Supplier evaluation and continuous performance management
- Effective communication with colleagues and business partners

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5-6 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally from an Engineering background
- Team and collective spirit, humble, precise, structured, autonomous, clear, and synthetic
- Curious and enthusiast to learn about the watchmaking industry
- Fluent in French and English is plus
