**The Role**

**Key Objectives**:Drive execution of the Global Luxury business transformation and sales across all channels (Auction, Private, and Marketplace) in coordination with Regional General Manager and Regional Directors.

**Responsibilities**

Buy Now
- Manage execution of buy now pop-up activations
- Support Regional Directors with rollout of Marketplace in Europe
- Support Regional Directors with growing the Marketplace pipeline in Europe and acting as liaison between Luxury Division and Marketplace team
- Property management
- Central coordinator for the movement of property for travex and exhibition
- Arrange traveling exhibition logistics and property/display aspects
- Lead point of contact with Auction Operations to ensure galleries are ready for exhibitions
- Management of and organization of property held with third parties while offered for sale
- Management and coordination of dealer viewings
- Sale specific responsibilities
- Work closely with the relevant marketing and events teams on events, lunches, and other key client activities
- Provide hands-on support in the organization and execution of sale-related and non-sale related events
- Coordination with marketing, client development and specialists on the creation and distribution of sale collateral, such as invitations to view, dealer views, invitations to consign and consignment letters
- Provide info to marketing on upcoming lots for editorial

Client development support
- Coordinate with Regional Director to organize interest meetings
- Support Client Strategy and specialists, with identifying clients for outreach for sales, such as running underbidder lists, client lists for comparable lots and monitoring interest for the sales
- Support Regional Director and Client Strategy with client data input and analysis - pre and post sale, such as clients attending events, exhibitions and travelling exhibitions.
- Enter info on client in system, follow up on client strategy
- Enter seller side Significant contributions

Business getting support
- Requesting and finalizing sweep advertising and support and post sweep analysis
- Supporting the Regional Directors and management with coordination of larger client valuations and collections strategy with the specialists
- Key support lead for the creation of client proposals and obtaining statistics and analysis
- Assist Regional Directors with mid value business getting support for Specialist teams including proposals, provision of stats and sourcing of images
- Business support
- Key support lead for Luxury Business in the compilation and production of internal communications tools including presentations, decks, newsletters
- Support Regional Directors in the implementation of efficiencies and the integration and adoption of new IT and digital improvements, and corporate initiatives in the department
- Update sale calendar in SAP, CAT and Google Drive
- Collaborate with other regional coordinators to ensure alignment and sharing of best practice

Business support
- Key support lead for Luxury Business in the compilation and production of internal communications tools including presentations, decks, newsletters
- Support Regional Directors in the implementation of efficiencies and the integration and adoption of new IT and digital improvements, and corporate initiatives in the department
- Update sale calendar in SAP, CAT and Google Drive

**Ideal** Experience & Competencies**
- Educated to Degree level
- Post qualification business experience, ideally in a business support / process management role
- A solid understanding of the art world, and ideally experience in an international auction house
- Ability to communicate at all levels and partner with senior leaders for change management
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker
- Creative problem solver, energetic and persistent
- Confident team player, capable of working well independently and as part of a busy team
- Fluent in English, other European languages would be an advantage
