- Guida e coordinamento del team HR, garantendo alta qualità nelle operazioni quotidiane.
- Sviluppo e implementazione di strategie HR in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Gestione delle relazioni tra management e dipendenti, affrontando richieste e problemi.
- Gestione del processo di reclutamento e selezione.
- Sviluppo e monitoraggio delle politiche HR, assicurando un ambiente di lavoro positivo.

**IL TUO PROFILO PROFESSIONALE**
- Formazione in Risorse Umane
- Esperienza pluriennale in un ruolo analogo in Svizzera
- Conoscenza approfondita della legislazione del lavoro e delle migliori pratiche HR.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
- Capacità di leadership, negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni interpersonali a tutti i livelli aziendali.
