HR Generalist

For our location** in Mendrisio** we are looking for a

**HR Generalist (m/w/d)**:
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions
- Keep the employee database up to date
- Assist the HR manager with daily business
- Track employee attendance, PTO, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Support with further digitization and automation of HR processes

**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- 1-2 years related experience
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in and passion for administrative duties
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information
- Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily
- Fluent in Italian and English. German is a plus.
- Good use of IT Tools, Excel, Power Point, SAP would be an advantage
