For a Swiss company, leader in the HR solutions sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to take over the position as Marketing Lead for the DACH region, supporting the team in the Zurich head quarter.

**Your responsibilities**

In this position you will manage the rebranding of one of the company's brands in cooperation with the marketing director and the DACH leaders. Moreover, you will be responsible for:

- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
- Overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
- Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.

**Your profile**

To be successful in this position you offer an university degree in Marketing or similar education. In addition you bring with you:

- Overall at least 6 years of experience in marketing.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an agency.
- Additional positions in-house in the HR sector or in consulting firms.
- Good social media skills and understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills paired with creativity and an analytical mindset.
- Business fluency in both German and English.
