**Job description**

**Responsibilities**

Print Design: Work from, and apply, design templates on various print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and posters, using Adobe InDesign. Align all materials with brand guidelines.

Communication: Communicate effectively with sales offices worldwide and support them with their daily print marketing requests.

Content Layout and Graphics: Format text, images, and visuals for readability and aesthetics. Incorporate and optimise graphics and images and make sure they are high-resolution.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough pre-press checks, ensuring that images, text, and layout elements are in place. Verify that files are suitable for printing.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Desktop Publishing or Graphic Design, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign and Apple Software.
- Strong design, layout, and proofreading skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and creativity.
- Have a Swiss/EU passport or Swiss ‘B’ work permit
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
