If so, keep reading EF High School Exchange Year (a division of EF Education First) is looking for a driven Ui / Visual Designer to join our international in-house marketing team in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative skills and make a significant impact on the user experience of our digital services. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects along the customer journey and collaborate with a cross-functional team seeing projects through ideation to completion. You’ll be responsible for working on everything from developing wireframes, prototypes, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate our messaging and drive engagement. In addition, you'll also have the opportunity to design other digital marketing materials such as social media graphics, and digital ads.

**Your daily work**
- Provide user-centered design solutions to all aspects of our websites
- Conceptualize, generate prototypes and refine designs to elevate EF's online presence
- Support the implementation of UI design standards and the use of EF’s design system
- Work with the Dev team to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Simultaneously manage a variety of different projects - all with unique timelines, priorities and stakeholders

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Have a strong online portfolio showcasing your design and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in Ui / Digital Design
- Working knowledge with creating Ui design deliverables: sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, and prototypes
- Experience running workshops and using design thinking methods
- You're good at hearing and implementing feedback
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
- Fluent in English and preferably mastering a second language
- Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or a Swiss work permit holder)
