NetGuardians is seeking a talented **Junior Legal Counsel** to join our Strategy team and support our rapid growth. This multi-disciplinary role is key to enhancing the efficiency of our legal services and is integral to the success of our global operations. As Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, from international commercial law to intellectual property, data protection, tax, insurance, and labor law.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and advise on Client contracts, NDAs, Partnership agreements, joint ventures, Data Protection documents, etc;
- Create and implement legal documents and templates to enhance daily operations and client experience;
- Rework existing legal templates and reshape contracts for SaaS, White Label, NDA, Partnership, and more;
- Advise management on various legal matters, becoming a trusted partner to the leadership team;
- Identify regulatory changes that impact risk exposure and suggest solutions to protect the company;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.

**Your profile**

Master's degree in law from a recognized European university.

1-3 years' experience in an in-house legal role or law firm with exposure to large corporate clients.

Solid understanding of the technology environment/fintech.

Excellent knowledge of international commercial law.

Proven experience in reviewing and drafting cross-jurisdictional service agreements (MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, SOWs, etc.).

Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Team player with a strong willingness to collaborate, listen, and adapt.

Ability to influence and work effectively in a cross-jurisdictional environment.
