**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Localization**:

- Ensure the app is fully adapted to the Dutch market, including language, cultural nuances, and legal requirements.
- Conduct market research to align the app with local user preferences.

2. **Marketing Implementation**:

- Manage local campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users.

3. **Customer Service Setup**:

- Establish a customer service framework tailored to Dutch users.
- Once we have reached a certain maturity, recruit, train, and manage a team to handle inquiries and ensure exceptional support.

4. **Business Development**:

- Identify and secure partnership opportunities to expand app visibility and revenue potential.
- Build and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and businesses in the Netherlands.

5. **Leadership Development**:

- Take ownership of the Dutch market, with the potential to evolve into the **Business Manager** for the country as the app scales.
