Fly 7 is a company a reference in the world of private aviation. Based at La Blécherette airport in Lausanne, we cover the whole of Europe. We fly jets of all types, one aircraft in particular is part of our DNA: the Pilatus PC-12.

We are currently looking for a Crew Planning Agent to join the Ground Ops department.
- Schedule and monitor on a day-to-day basis the crew/flight roster in order to ensure that all flights are covered, and crew duty times are compliant with regulations and company requirements
- Manage and anticipate day-to-day planning and flight changes
- Liaise and maintain communication with associated departments, including maintenance, Reservations, Flight Ops and training department
- Ensure that crews are certified, qualified, and meet currency requirements in order to carry out any duty assigned in coordination with the training department
- Resolution of crew scheduling / rostering problems as and when they arise
- Coordinate all tasks related to the crewing and scheduling of Jetfly crews and aircraft in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements, safety, fatigue, and operational efficiency

**Profile**
- Good knowledge of Flight & Ground Operations in the business aviation industry as a whole
- Aeronautical degree or previous experience in an aviation operational environment
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekend and legal holiday)
- Proactive personality with strong organizational skills, team-oriented, flexible approach
- Logical thinking, accuracy and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work under stress environment
