- Überwachung der Projektfortschritte anhand der Projektziele
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von effektiven und effizienten Projektmanagement-Tools
- Repräsentation der Entwicklungsprojekte außerhalb des Projektteams
- Unterstützung des Produktmanagements bei der Ausarbeitung von Projektaufträgen
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen den Standorten Schweiz, Polen und Taiwan
