**Deine Rolle**:
Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein engagierter Head of Network Engineering gesucht, der die Leitung eines dynamischen Teams von zwei Network Engineers übernimmt.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Implementierung und Wartung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Du stellst eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit des Netzwerks sicher
- Du leitest ein Team von zwei Network Engineers und koordinierst die Aufgabenverteilung
- Du implementierst und überwachst Sicherheitsrichtlinien, um die Integrität des Netzwerks zu gewährleisten
- Du analysierst und implementierst innovative Lösungen zur Optimierung der Netzwerkleistung

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in Routing, Switching, Firewalls und anderen Netzwerktechnologien
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Verwaltung komplexer Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Teamleitung und Koordination
- Du bringst eine Bereitschaft mit zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Förderung des Teamgeistes
- Du bist in der Lage, innovative Technologien zu integrieren zur Optimierung der Netzwerkleistung
