**Head of Product Management 100 % (f/m/d)**
**You're going to take a key role in these main areas**:
- Establish the new organization incl.
- Coaching, training and education of directly reporting specialists incl. performance and behavior appraisal
- Product Management
- Identify market potential and needs
- Drive long term vision, roadmap and target alignment of digital product/services portfolio stakeholders in the organization
- Define product visions
- Define and maintain product management processes
- Ensures that portfolio of products/services are commercially successful according to MRP (midrange plan)
- Coordinate with sales/business development teams and digital R&D team for market feedback and product launches
- Lead digital products communication and marketing team and algin with the divisions communications teams
- Allocate budgets for product development and justify product development
- Allocate and align internal and external product development resources in cooperation with digital R&D team according to priorities
- Report the status of product development and strategy
**Your knowledge, experience and skills**
- Skills and experience at the interface between business and technology or similar experiences
- Strong interest in digital product management and ideally 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in the digital services area or in a global industrial business environment
- Experienced in leading a team and a good networker
- Skills in overlooking a portfolio and activities
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
- Fosters innovation and challenging the way of doing business
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and any other language would be a plus
