**Role overview**:
The comparable small size of the overall team, (11 FTE) covering all Switzerland wide Group Finance responsibilities and the integrated approach, allows an individual to see most processes within the Bank from front to back. The international team both in Switzerland as well as in our shared service centres in Manila and Pune offer a wide range of opportunities for cross cultural interaction.
CRES is the DB Group monthly reporting system for all regulatory credit risk data submissions. The predominant business in Switzerland is Wealth Management with a large lending book within DB Suisse. Production processes are also supported by the extended teams in India.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform daily LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio) and Large Exposure calculation and reporting
- Prepare statistical and regulatory reporting to SNB
- Perform reconciliation between Avaloq, SAP and Fire
- Observe and support monthly Group Capital Adequacy Risk reporting
- Review and enhance financial policies and KOP’s
- Prepare various presentations to senior management and ALCO (Asset and liability committee)
- Support external Audit process
- Closely cooperate with local and group treasury for Liquidity Risk an Capital requirement topics
- Act as key contact for lending and credit risk teams in terms of capital requirement questions
**Your background and skills**:
- 5+ years’ experience in regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
- In depth knowledge in Swiss regulations especially for liquidity and capital adequacy reporting.
- Finance background related degree or qualified accountant
- High level of proficiency in English and German
- Excellent IT skills required in office tools including Powerpoint and experience with Banking platform Avaloq and reporting platform FIRE would be advantage.
