**Zühlke lädt Dich ein, die Arbeit eines Business Development Managers live zu erleben. Ein Praktikum bei Zühlke ist kein typisches Praktikum. Du bist ein vollwertiges Mitglied unserer Business Development
- und Marktteams.**
**Deine Aufgaben.**
- Du übernimmst innerhalb eines Marktteams (und direkt einem erfahrenen Business Development Manager unterstellt) Aufgaben im Bereich Sales und Bid-Management.
- Abhängig von der aktuellen Situation des Schweizer Marktes erwarten Dich verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich Sales wie Marktrecherchen, Identifikation von Marktpotentialen, Call-Out-Aktivitäten, Weiterverfolgung und qualifizieren eingehender Anfragen, Halten und Vereinbaren von Terminen, Unterstützung beim Opportunity Management oder das Aktualisieren von Account Plänen.
- In der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Marktteams lernst Du, wie professionelle Angebote entwickelt werden.
**Dein Talent.**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Masterabschluss), idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Technik.
- Du interessierst Dich für Herausforderungen im Bereich Business Development und Sales.
- Du bringst erste Praxiserfahrung (z.B. im Rahmen einiger relevanter Praktika) mit und fühlst dich im Umgang mit B2B Salesthemen wohl.
- Du hast ein gutes Business-Verständnis.
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Du bringst Herzblut für die Themen Innovation, Software
- und Produktentwicklung und die entsprechende Leistungsbereitschaft ein.
