We are looking for an Assistant to the Head of Product to join a prestigious watchmaking manufacture

It is a permanent contract to start ASAP

**You are in charge of**:

- Coordination and follow-up of all files related to the Product Department
- Organization of meetings
- Writing of reports and minutes
- Carrying out various sales analyses
- Supporting the Head of Product in the organization of his trips
- Organization and participation in seminars
- Coordination with other departments of the company

Who are you ?
- CFC (commercial employee) or equivalent title
- First professional experience (2-3 years) in the field, ideally in the watch industry
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Fluent in French and English, other languages is an asset
