**Marketing Analytics Internship 100%**:

- Join a Global Team in a leading Pharma/Nutrition Company
- You will be part of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Group of the newly formed Capsules and Healthy Ingredients Business Unit (CHI)
- This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of market research and competitive intelligence, as well as gain pharma/nutrition industry knowledge
- You will be part of a dynamic team and will interact with a broad range of functions globally such as Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Finance, among others
- You can make a significant impact in the team, a chance to bring the intelligence to the organization, that will enable market-back driven decision and providing strategic direction of the BU

Key responsibilities:

- You will work together with the CI Manager to lead the CHI Competitive Intelligence Centre, by strengthening both upstream and downstream information channels
- You will be responsible for the CHI CI News Monitoring Program, by reviewing current design - including proposal and implementation of a 2.0 version
- You will be responsible for tracking competition activity via different channels and liaising with 3rd parties for news monitoring
- You will work closely with the CI Manager and various teams to develop CI analysis, CI tools, and CI reports for the different teams

Key requirements:

- MBA or Msc in business discipline: marketing, business administration, management, or related field of study and 0-1 years of experience
- Ideally, you will be looking to grow either in the field of competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, or management consulting
- Key skills to succeed are being: curious, structured, methodical, customer focused, sociable, analytical, proactive, logical, humble, willing to learn, a team player, hands-on, and able to have fun
- Previous experience in Pharma or Nutrition industries is a plus, but not mandatory
- Must be eligible to work in Switzerland or the European Union
- Full written & spoken fluency in English
