- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork while also exploring your skill sets, furthering your development and setting specific objectives.- Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA, CIIA, etc.). Our programme will also enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills required in your future career. The programme will provide you with the opportunity as well to establish an extensive network of peers and experts within Pictet and to meet members of the senior management.-
**Your role**:

- Assisting project managers in the R&C Management Department:

- Preparing meetings and minutes.
- Managing the agenda and gathering all necessary documentation.
- Consulting the relevant project manager to seek guidance and input during the project.
- Involvement in cross-disciplinary projects taking place in the departments that come under the responsibility of the Group Chief Risk Officer (Group Compliance, Group Risk, Human Risks and Group Information Security):

- Managing expectations and identifying risks and benefits.
- Monitoring the progress of the various projects.
- Communicating with stakeholders about scheduling, staffing and technical requirements.
- Translating metrics into actionable, meaningful intelligence.
- Assessing how effective projects are by consulting internal stakeholders and external support.
- Providing regular reporting to the project managers and senior management.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic track record from a leading university.
- Six months’ work experience in an international and multicultural environment or ideally for a consulting firm.
- Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with data and capable of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, proactive and a proven self-starter with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
