**Event Marketing Manager**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Duration**:until February 2024 - extension or internalization possible**

**Location**:Zurich, on site one day a week; (TUES/MI/DO), rest home office possible.** **Events usually take place during the week and take place throughout Switzerland**. **Weekend assignments possible but only once a year.**

**Workload percentage**:100%**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementation and coordination of events, online or on site (e.g., Business Days)
- With the help of controlling & reporting of B2B events; Cost control, success measurement
- Employees involved in marketing the event, working with the event tool
- Management of the relevant contacts in marketing and sales
- Support in the conceptual development of the company Business Campus & continuous development of the customer journey.

**Your Skills**:

- Education or proven qualification in event management or marketing
- At least 2 years of practical experience in planning, implementing and coordinating events
- At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, especially in the B2B environment
- ** Mother tongue Swiss or High German and fluent English**:

- Very good knowledge of MS 365 & MS Teams

**Skills nice to have**:

- Knowledge of French
- Social media affinity and experience with CMS systems (Certain, Wordpress etc.)
