**Your field of responsibility**

We are offering a unique and challenging role within the Chairman's Office of Credit Suisse Group as part of the Corporate Secretary team covering Credit Suisse Group AG as well as major subsidiaries across the globe.

You will work directly with the Corporate Secretaries of CS Group AG as well as major subsidiaries with regards to keeping abreast of current Corporate Governance developments, industry and best practice trends and advise on how to ensure our framework and standards are kept up to date.

You will develop, implement and maintain robust corporate governance standards to the Board, ensuring that these are in line with local law and regulations.

You will be a driver for harmonization and streamlining of corporate governance standards and processes across different legal entities globally.

In this position, you will work closely with the Group Corporate Secretary and major subsidiaries across the globe, as well as other teams within the Chairman’s Office and key internal stakeholders, such as Investor Relations, External Reporting, Global Sustainability and Public Policy. This is an exciting role in the evolving field of Corporate Governance at a time of intense interest and attention in the financial services and other industries around the globe on Governance as the “G” in ESG.

The Chairman’s Office consists of a team of around 100 dedicated employees spread across the globe in all major subsidiaries, with the majority being based in Zurich. The team covers the day-to-day management of the affairs of the Chairman and other Board members and comprises as well the Corporate Secretary for the Group and all major subsidiaries. **Your skills and experience**

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, goal-driven and proactive self-starter who understands that the best results are achieved through teamwork, and comes with
- Structured working approach and strong organizational skills, ideally combined with experience in project management
- Ideally, a background in (corporate) law, combined with an interest in topics of Corporate Governance in the financial services industry, and / or previous knowledge of the Credit Suisse organization, operations and policies
- Highly reliable, discreet and collaborative personality with a precise working style and the ability to work independently
- Very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent English language writing and communication skills combined with fluency in German; other languages are an asset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and team-oriented personality with the ability to handle partners at all hierarchical levels and to establish positive relationships
