Le "International Corporate Services Manager" opère au sein de l’unité Group Corporate Services et a pour mission d’assurer que les prestations délivrées dans les bureaux extérieurs répondent aux attentes et besoins des clients internes et externes. Il/elle est le point de contact principal et privilégié de nos interlocuteurs dans les bureaux extérieurs et assure la bonne organisation et coordination des activités de gestion immobilière, maintenance, sûreté et sécurité, accueil, logistique documentaire, achats, etc.
MISSIONS:
- Assurer la bonne organisation et coordination des activités Corporate Services (en étroite collaboration avec les responsables et spécialistes au niveau Groupe)- Développer et animer une communauté Corporate Services et favoriser l’échange de bonnes pratiques- Offrir la visibilité nécessaire sur le portefeuille de projets et sur les activités dans les bureaux extérieurs- Etre force de proposition dans la conduite et le suivi du portefeuille de projets- Agir comme ambassadeur de l’unité Corporate Services auprès de nos parties prenantes et de nos interlocuteurs
CAHIER DES CHARGES:
Pour les activités Corporate Services dans les bureaux extérieurs:
- Conduite hiérarchique des ressources- S’assurer de la bonne exécution des activités opérationnelles- Centraliser, coordonner et superviser le portefeuille des projets- Coordonner l’exercice budgétaire- Assurer un formalisme documentaire et que les maintenances soient effectuées conformément aux contrats et plans- Revoir, améliorer et partager les bonnes pratiques- Suivre le déploiement et l’adaptation locale des directives, règles cadres et procédures dans les domaines concernés- Produire des reporting réguliers relatifs au suivi du portefeuille de projets, aux activités-clés et la satisfaction de nos clients
HARD SKILLS:
- Formation en gestion de projet, gestion d’entreprise, immobilier ou dans un poste similaire- Expérience technique dans la gestion de bâtiments de bureaux (office management)- Expérience reconnue dans la gestion de collaborateurs (y compris à distance)- Expertise dans l’utilisation d’outil de gestion de projets serait un atout- Expertise dans l’utilisation des outils de traitement et gestion de données (Excel)- Expertise dans l’utilisation de PowerPoint pour restitution des messages clés- Parle couramment anglais et français, a d’excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)- Domicilié en Suisse ou volonté de se relocaliser sur Suisse
