**Duty Manager Passenger Service**:

- Unbefristet - Teilzeit- Aeroport Genève, Genf, CHEn 2023, Swissport International SA a fourni des services aéroportuaires de haute qualité à quelque 232 millions de passagers aériens (2022: 186 millions) et a traité environ 4,7 millions de tonnes de fret aérien (2022: 4,8 millions) dans plus de 115 entrepôts de fret dans le monde entier. Plusieurs de ses entrepôts ont été certifiés par le CEIV Pharma de l'IATA et par la MHRA britannique pour la logistique pharmaceutique. A la fin décembre 2023, Swissport compte environ 60 000 employés et est actif dans 286 aéroports de 44 pays sur six continents

**DUTY MANAGER**

STATION | SWISSPORT AÉROPORT GENÈVE
TAUX D’OCCUPATION | ENTRE 85% ET 100%

**MISSION**

Gérer proactivement les opérations de votre unité, encadrer le personnel, promouvoir la sécurité, la qualité, la satisfaction client et les valeurs de Swissport.

**TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Assurer un fonctionnement opérationnel optimal de l'unité, en collaboration avec les autres Duty Managers
- Assurer l'engagement opérationnel du personnel en tenant compte de la couverture en personnel allouée et des besoins opérationnels
- Favoriser le développement personnel des collaborateurs, en les encadrant de manière à ce qu'ils puissent gagner en autonomie et élargir leurs compétences
- Assurer une présence permanente sur le terrain afin de s'assurer de la satisfaction de nos clients, tout en responsabilisant les collaborateurs

**PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES**
- **Expérience préalable dans le domaine de l’aviation au sein du “Passenger Service”**:

- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlés et écrits
- Apte à rédiger des rapports en anglais et en français, afin de pouvoir fournir des informations en cas d'irrégularités, etc.
- Pleine maîtrise des outils informatiques requis; aptitude à fournir du support technique aux collaborateurs dans les cas de figure courants et inhabituel

**PRÉREQUIS**
- Personnalité consciencieuse, à l'écoute des collaborateurs et des clients
- Capacité à conduire du personnel sur le plan opérationnel
- Aptitude à analyser, anticiper, prendre des décisions sur le plan opérationnel
- Expérience préalable dans un rôle de supervision
