**VOS TÂCHES**

Coordonner l’offre de formation et de coaching de conseillères Beauté. S’assurer de l’excellence des marques, au travers de la connaissance produits, de techniques de vente, du storytelling premium et des services, contribuant ainsi à augmenter les ventes des marques.

En tant qu'Educateurs/trices vous êtes responsable de
- Organisation, gestion, accompagnent et formation O+O de conseillères beauté sur les produits, techniques de vente, services, conformément aux protocoles des marques ainsi qu’aux stratégies des marques ;
- Coaching, formation sur les points de vente et de la motivation des conseillères beauté
- Mise en place de SRA (Service & Retail Academy) dans chaque session de formation et de coaching
- Incarner et communiquer les valeurs des marques
- Intégration et transmission des connaissances sur les produits, protocoles et services des marques
- Assurer une référence de marques et assurer le relais au sein de l’équipe interne
- Participation au développement de nouvelles actions de formation des marques de référence
- Fournir des informations qualitatives & KPI’s sur les activités formation
- Rendre compte des activités des concurrents
- Participation à l’élaboration de modules de formation, de script de formation, d’outils e-learning

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous connaissez le monde de la vente et avez une bonne connaissance des besoins des consommateurs.
- Vous êtes une personne empathique qui sait écouter, qui a de très bonnes compétences en communication et un esprit d’équipe.
- Vous avez la qualité du coach : vous avez un caractère pédagogique et aimez transmettre vos connaissances et compétences, ainsi qu’accompagner une équipe dans son développement.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la cosmétique en général (soin, parfum, maquillage).
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais.
- Vous êtes ouvert d’esprit et apportez flexibilité, autonomie et agilité dans vos actions à mener.
- Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation afin de mener à bien vos missions.
